WHAT IS the

Triway

Trail?

  • TriWay Trail is a multimodal path designed in three phases to connect Kilmarnock, Irvington, and White Stone. This trail will provide a continuous walk-and-bike experience along the 10-mile scenic path.

  • This open space will be a free shared community treasure designed for everyone to enjoy nature, exercise, and community gatherings, promoting better health for residents and visitors.

  • Your new route to everyday destinations — from schools to shopping centers, local restaurants, unique shops, and sporting venues, including county schools, Rappahannock General Hospital, Northern Neck-Middlesex Free Health Clinic, and Compass Entertainment Complex, to name a few.

  • Designed with safety and tranquility in mind, the TriWay Trail will provide safe travel, avoiding highly trafficked thoroughfares so that residents and visitors can enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with nature.
